This page follows an article on MicStage Lab from idea to correction. We publish guides about podcasting and live-streaming equipment and software; this is how they get made. Revised October 7, 2026.
Step 1 — The question
Every article answers a question someone had to work out the hard way. We do not write to fill a calendar or to chase search terms.
Step 2 — Research
We gather manufacturer documentation, published standards and agency guidance, and we draw on practical experience. Where sources disagree, or where the answer depends on where you live, we record that instead of choosing a side.
Step 3 — Writing
The draft explains the mechanism first, then the options, then the trade-offs. It names the downside of each option and avoids promises. Numbers appear as ranges with their variables, and we do not invent statistics.
Step 4 — Review
A human editor checks accuracy, looks for claims that read as guarantees, and confirms that anything needing a licensed professional says so. Software tools may assist with research, outlining, editing or image creation, but the editor approves and answers for the final text.
Step 5 — Publication
The article goes live with a clear structure and original, clearly labelled illustrations. We do not publish sponsored content, paid guest posts or paid links.
Step 6 — Afterwards
Products, rules and prices change, so articles are revisited and updated, with a note of what changed. Readers who spot a mistake can tell us through the contact form; we verify it and correct the page.
